1.0 lb 80 L caramel malt
1.0 lb black malt
0.75 lb chocolate malt
0.75 lb pale chocolate malt
4.0 oz Golding pellets @ 60 min
WLP002 English ale yeast

Original Specific Gravity: 1.062
Final Specific Gravity: 1.016
Boil time: 90 minutes

Primary Fermentation: 14 days at 68 F

Directions:
Single step infusion mash at 154 F for 60 minutes
