2 tsp yeast nutrient
2 tablets whirflock
White Labs WLP005 English Ale Yeast
OG 1.063
FG 1.014
Boil time: 90 min
IBU 50 SRM 12 ABV 6.3%
Primary 2 months at 70 F
Mash at 152 F for 1 hr
Ferment at 66 F for 2 days and slowly ramp to 72 F as fermentation slows
Dry hop for 5 days.
