For 5.5 US Gallons

4.62 lbs Belgian Pilsner
4.62 lbs Vienna Malt
1.43 lbs CaraAmber Malt
1.43 lbs Dark Munich
1 oz Midnight Wheat
0.55 oz German Magnum @ 60min
1.0 oz Tettnang @15 min
0.5 tsp Yeast Nutrients
1.0 tsp Gelatin on cold side

White labs WLP 833 German Bock Lager

OG 1.053
FG 1.010

Primary Fermentation: 21 days at 50F
Secondary Fermentation: 13 days at 33F

Mash at 158 F for 60 min
Pull decoction, boil 15 minutes then add back to main mash to 168 F.  Hold at 168 F for 10 minutes
