Dregs from Cantillon Iris and Jolly Pumpkin La Roja
Wyeast yeast nurients
Whirfloc

OG 1.050
FG 1.0045
Boil time: 90 minutes

Primary Fermentation: 14 days at 70 F
Secondary Fermentation: 741 days at 70 F

Single step mash at 154 for 60 min
Age in a neutral oak barrel for 2 years.
