Boil time: 90 minutes

Primary Fermentation: 3 days at 62 F
Secondary Fermentation: 3 days at 65 F
Tertiary Fermentation: 5 days at 68 F

Mash in with ferulic acid rest at 115 F for 10 min
Raise to 127 F for 10 min
Raise to 149 F for 60 min.
