0.5 lb chocolate malt
0.5 lb smoke cherrywood malt
1 dram mint chocolate chip flavor candy oil

Wyeast 1968 London ESB ale yeast

OG 1.068
FG: 1.018

Primary Fermentation: 30 days at 65 F
Mash at 156 F for 45 minutes
This is a 10 gallon recipe but only 5 gallons get the mint chocolate chip candy oil.
