11 lb British Pale malt
1.75 lb Amber malt
1.75 lb Brown malt
0.75 lb black patent
1.0 oz Columbus @ 60 min

Wyeast 1028 London Ale Yeast

OG 1.066
FG 1.018
Boil time: 90 minutes

Primary Fermentation: 3 weeks at 66 F

Single infusion mash at 152 F for 60 min
After fermentation is complete, rack to a keg and allow to mature for 4 weeks in the keg in the low 40 Fs.
