16.0 lb Maris Otter
1.0 lb 60 L caramel malt
12.0 oz 120 L caramel malt
8.0 oz dextrin malt
8.0 oz 200 L chocolate malt
4.0 oz 300 L roasted barley
2.1 oz 500 L black malt
2.0 oz EKG @ 60 min
2 tablets Whirfloc
2 capsultes Servomyces
Wyeast 1968 London ale yeast
CO2: 1.5 vol

Original Specific Gravity: 1.048
Final Specific Gravity: 1.015
Boiling Time: 60 minutes
IBU 18
SRM 18

Primary Fermentation: 4 days at 68 F
Secondary: 1 week at 72 F

Directions:
Water is carbon filtered and treated with 5.2 pH stabilizer and a bit of Campden to protect against seasonal chloramine in the municipal water supply.  Mash in at 154 F and hold for 45 minutes.  Mash out at 168 F for 10 minutes.  Sparge at 168 F
