0.75 oz whole Saaz @ 60 min
0.50 oz whole Saaz @ 20 min
0.75 whole Ultra @ 10 min
0.25 whole Ultra @ 5 min
0.5 whole Saaz @ 5 min

WLP815 Belgian lager (1qt starter)
1 tsp Wyeast yeast nutrient

Original SPecific Gravity: 1.053
Final Specific Gravity 1.014
Boil time: 60 min
CO2: 2.5 vol

Directions:
Treat water with 1 g baking soda, 5 g calcium chloride, 4 g Epsom salts, 4 g gypsum and 4 g calcium carbonate

Single infusion mash at 149 F for 90 minutes.  Ferment 10 days at 53 F, then lager 38 days at 35 F
